Return & Refund Policy – Jewels Cart

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

General Return Conditions

  • All product sizes are mentioned in the product details. Kindly check measurements before ordering. Returns due to size issues are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • A return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused and unworn, in original packaging, with tags intact, and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are requested to bear ₹120 as return shipping charges.
  • This amount will be deducted from the refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims

  • Please record a clear unboxing video (360° view) in good lighting when opening your package.
  • This is required to process any claims for damaged items or missing products.
  • Without this video, damage claims will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
  • Minor color or design variations from product images are not considered defects.
  • If the item is unavailable for exchange, you will be notified and a refund will be issued instead.
  • Replacement and Exchange policy
  • We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card company – it may take some time for the refund to reflect.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
